Key Responsibilities

    • Generate, review, and dispatch invoices to the customers
    • Ensure invoices are aligned with contractual terms and applicable trade promotions.
    • Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances, ensuring timely payment collection.
    • Regularly follow up with clients to resolve payment delays or disputes.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that trade discounts, rebates, and credit terms are accurately applied.
    • Keep track of customer credit limits and flag any risks of overdue accounts.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of payments, outstanding balances, and correspondence.
    • Reconcile accounts to ensure alignment between sales, delivery, and financial records.
    • Serve as the point of contact for distributors and retailers on invoicing and payment queries.
    • Ensure clear and professional communication to maintain strong customer relationships
    • Prepare weekly and monthly aging reports
    • Provide actionable insights to the finance and sales teams to address collection challenges
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies regarding invoicing and collections.

Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and warehouse teams to address delivery-related disputes affecting payments.

  • Required:MCom. MBA, BS Accounting & Finance, CMA Finalist.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the FMCG industry.
    • Experience with financial systems and ERP platforms
    • Strong command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
    • Understanding of trade agreements and credit management.
