- Design job ads and administer job postings
- Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare warning letters and counseling memos
- Assist in preparing monthly training calendar
- Assist in organizing training programs
- Assist in contents authoring of training programs
- Manage orientation program for employee to the organizational culture
- Review the staff guidelines (or employee handbook) on regular basis
- Conduct staff and departmental meetings and manage HR events
- Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, training, and awards)
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and being implemented
- To monitor the timelines of on-going projects and provide input on timely basis to the upper management
- Maintain the record of all the projects and its reports
