Ø Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Ø Preparing new employee files
Ø Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
Ø Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Ø Conducting benefit enrollment process
Ø Administering new employment assessments
Ø Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
