PureLogics is looking for an Engagement Manager:
- Responsibilities of this position include owning and cultivating client relationships for assigned clients
- During the implementation phase and throughout the ongoing relationship.
- This candidate must have excellent communication and client management skills in order to maintain positive client relations.
- The primary responsibility of the Engagement Manager is to be the primary point of contact for clients during campaign implementations.
- They will be responsible for overseeing all client implementations, coordinating and prioritizing conflicting priorities in addition to being the voice to the client regarding, status updates, scope changes, timelines and budgets
- Work on top of the execution teams and the PMs to ensure quality product.
- Make sure that all the deliverables are on time.
- Remove any impediments.
- Help and foresee the organizational staffing needs.
- Manages the resource attachment plans with clients.
- Manages and monitors delivery of multiple projects over complete lifecycle from initial scoping to close of project ensuring quality, budget, timeliness and customer satisfaction.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Monitor KPIs and SOPs to assess technological performance
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Define processes within engineering team and make sure everyone follows it.
Desired Experience & Qualities
- 5+ years of experience architectural design of large-scale, highly reliable, and highly available Web-based applications.
- Strong understanding of different web and mobile technologies and databases.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong Project management and technical skills to oversee multiple projects.
- Great organization & management skills to manage and keep projects on track.
- Proven project management skills to manage the build and / or implementation of several key organizational technology capabilities, including Agile methodologies
- Make architectural decisions at the ground level.
- Develop the key infrastructure.
- Experience with acquisitions; both technical due diligence and integration of technologies
Main role will be:
Managing all PM’s
Managing Clients Bridging the gap between these two entities for successful implementation of projects.
