Responsibilities:
- Design mock ups, site flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement state-of-the-art user experiences.
- Providing clear guidance to the team's questions during implementation phases.
- UI/UX design expertise both in discussion and practice.
Technical Skills:
- Strong HTML5 and CSS3 knowledge required.
- Knowledge of Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator are mandatory.
- Professional web/interactive design expertise.
- Expert in handling Responsive Designs using Bootstrap ¾ and foundation or similar frameworks.
- Expert in mobile and desktop optimized design practices.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
