- Driver’s overall management including recruitment, attendance, leaves and rotation plan etc.
- Resolution of day-to-day drivers rout and operational issues
- Rout Management and Trip Expense Sheet preparation
- Responsible to ensure that entire fleet must have and carry all the required document as per the NHA compliance
- Keep in close touch with all stakeholders to maximize fleet utilization and its performance
- Responsible for driver’s performance management and to evaluate driver’s behaviour to avoid any unforeseen situation
- To handle situation in case of any incident/accident and negotiation with concerned parties and local police for intime resolution
- Responsible to implement and monitoring of drivers related company policies
