Pyramids Global (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a talented and motivated individual for the post of Finance Officer in its Accounts department. The ideal candidate should have to be at least finance graduate with at least 2 years of experience.

Finance Officer is responsible to take charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. Ideal candidate should be familiar with invoices and petty cash. Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks. Ultimately, he will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.

Finance Officer Duties & Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial policies of the organization·        
  • Making financial budgets·        
  • Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments·        
  • Maintain receipts, cash payment vouchers and records for all the business transactions specially for Audits·       
  •  Preparing financial reports·       
  •  Handle petty cash and bank payments (by keeping in view Taxation)·        
  • Need Based Banking Visits·        
  • Assist HR in Payroll·       
  •  Have good knowledge of taxation·       
  •  Book keeping of all business transaction·       
  •  Payment of all payables before due time·        
  • Creating EOBI voucher on monthly basis before execution of Payroll·        
  • Assist in Annual Tax Return Filing·       
  •  Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit·        
  • Making regular financial analysis

Finance Officer Requirements & Skills

Proficiency in the following areas is preferred:

  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel including formulae and data analysis
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent planning and time management skills with ability to priorities work and manage conflicting deadline.
  • Self-motivated, able to priorities work to meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible, organized and can-do attitude, with ability to move between tasks & handle work from a variety of sources
