• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior HR Generalist to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
  • Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills.
  • The noteworthy HR Business Partner should improve HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, enhance relations between staff and employers, contribute to attaining business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.

Job Purpose: 

  • Creating referral programs, creating/updating HR policies, Employee Contracts and overseeing the hiring processes.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of legislation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
  • Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
  • Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook up-to-date
  • Monitor employee progress, stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
  • Manage and supervise other HR staffing procedures, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks, understand and adhere to all pertinent laws and regulations.
  • Generating and updating employee contracts and job descriptions for all positions regularly
  • Handling monthly payroll and yearly appraisal forms for employees.
  • Designing compensation and benefits packages. Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual evaluations).
  • Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.
  • Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, EOBI, Social Security, Taxes, Gratuity, and Bonuses etc.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with staff, colleagues, and insurers in person, over the telephone, and in writing
  • Strong proficiency in the use of Word, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Education:  
  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university
  • BBA (Honors)/ Master’s in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • HOURS OF WORK
  • Nine hours per day including breaks, 5 days a week from Monday through Friday between 03:00 PM to 03:00 AM (Flexible)
