This role demands proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, along with skills in video editing, motion graphics, and 3D design.
The candidate will lead a small team of two designers and collaborate closely with the marketing department to deliver innovative and brand-aligned visual solutions across social media and digital platforms.
The Senior Graphic Designer thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced digital marketing agency environment, managing multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines. Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality, engaging social media posts, banners, and campaign creatives that effectively communicate brand messages.
- Create, edit, and optimize videos for social media, advertisements, and promotional content to enhance audience engagement.
- Develop motion graphics and animations tailored for digital platforms to support dynamic campaign storytelling.
- Produce 3D designs and visual concepts in line with project requirements to add depth and innovation to the creative output.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative strategies that align with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Maintain adherence to brand guidelines and project objectives to ensure consistency and quality across all design outputs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to support agency timelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of two designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media platforms, and marketing techniques to continually enhance creative work.
- Ensure all visual materials are optimized for various digital channels and formats, enhancing user experience and engagement.
