QA Tester

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Tester with at least three years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the quality and performance of our software products by conducting thorough testing and collaborating closely with development teams. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who is adept at both manual and functional testing and possesses a solid understanding of various software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive functional testing to detect software bugs and issues.
- Develop, update, and execute detailed test cases to ensure software functionality meets requirements.
- Log defects and monitor their resolution progress using Jira.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects promptly.
- Prepare clear, concise, and detailed bug reports to effectively communicate issues to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years’ experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies.
- Practical experience with functional testing tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in JSON, Python, Node.js, and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary of Rs100,000. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where quality and precision are highly valued.
