- Plan and execute preventive maintenance
- CNC Maintenance of machines including Lathe, Milling, Turning Center and Boring etc.
- Execution of the project engineering involving installation, commissioning and testing of equipment.
- Retrofitting of CNC Machine Controls like Lathe Machine, Vertical Machining Center and Horizontal Machining Center.
- Develop proposals for the retrofit or repair of CNC machines.
- Perform retrofit of the control system of CNC machine.Repair or replace all the damaged mechanical parts of the machine.
- Provide solution for any mechanical modification required in the machines.
- Ensure that all maintenance and testing is carried out to the relevant standards and properly recorded.
- Performing Maintenance analysis, to improve the Quality of work and achieving maximum production rate.
- Conducting reliability analyses including the use of tools such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Cause and Effect analysis, flow charting, leading team meeting and developing management reports.
- Reviewing, Recommend, modifying and creating spare parts.
- Coordinating with manufacturer for erection, installation & commissioning of any new equipment & machine.
