• Direct the activities of all functions involved in the production operations (Internal Production Planning & Control, Production, Maintenance, Vendor Commissioning & Engineering of Manufacturing) •Conduct daily meeting with all production section in-charges and engineers for updates on issues and their solutions, review of NCRs, delivery times, rejections, material requirements • Ensure that production division achieve assigned production targets • Ensure to troubleshoot the issues raised by QA. • Ensure development of new Jigs, Fixtures and tooling’s for time reduction on production floor. • Monitor daily machine downtime report, identify reasons and immediately ensure rectification
