•Responsible to develop the activity plan as per CPPC plan and share with Head Production
•Ensure execution of M&Q to ensure the quality of casting parts
•Plan production work load and distribute among workers according to the casting plan
•Responsible to ensure casting in such a manner that defects/quality rejections does not exceed the defined limits
•Compile detail analysis and remarks on monthly performance in terms of casting, quality and defects control
•Liaison with Administration & HSE department related documentations or procedures development
