- Acquire freight rates (sea and truck) from multiple forwarders and transporters respectively & prepare summary of rates
- Liaison with shipping agents for CRO and forward to Warehouse and ensure proper handling shipment at port
- Liaison with Transporters to arrange vehicles at required loading point, Liaison with clearing agent for smooth custom clearance at port.
- Strongly follow-up movement of material/machine/parts in transit to ensure timely arrival at customer premises.
- Verify bills all related bills per agreed terms and present to In-Charge Logistics for approval
- Liaison with Accounts, Finance and Taxation department.
