- Assist Team Lead Networks in analyzing premises, layouts and operations to be carried at facility to determined client terminal and camera requirements
- Complete cabling and networking within the targeted time
- Complete installation of client terminals and servers within the targeted time
- Install basic software in client computers in designated branch
- Install additional software of user requirement with prior approval of Team Lead IT
- Responsible to take regular backups of critical data as per the schedule given by Team Lead IT Networks
- Responsible to manage servers in the absence of Team Lead IT & Networks
- Scan client terminals for potential virus threats as per the plan given by Team Lead IT & Networks
- Regularly maintain documentation of (billings, payments, warranty cards, invoices, user information, IT scrap) IT related items
- Troubleshooting Windows and network problem and solving their faults
- Provide excellent and speedy technical support to users to facilitate normal course of work
- Resolve software problems at client terminals
- Timely complete formatting, installations, and settings of desktop systems to be deployed as client terminals
- Respond to users’ queries and ensure timely resolution of any other problems related to computer systems / networks
- Configure Wi-Fi router, Print Server etc
