- Prepare the pattern strategies of each job by using software
- Responsible for reverse engineering of each pattern at foundries
- Split the machine parts according to the machine limits
- Responsible for core generation strategies and ensure their accuracies
- Generate pattern splitting strategies according to the machine limits
- Monitor assembly, parting line of parts and ensure their accuracy
- Monitor & responsible for vector generation of all parts
- Define machining strategy in order to achieve minimum time required for machining
- Monitor Numerical Codes generation and responsible for editing of codes according to machine system
