Assist HOD in the continuous development and implementation of work instruction manuals and SOPs in his section.
Ensure 100% conformance to the manufacturing plan outlined by IPPC in his section to meet delivery deadlines. If there are any unforeseen deviations, coordinate well with concerned In-charges and come up with a mutual solution
Ensure that all operations in his section conform to requirements set out in the Manufacturing and Quality (M&Q) Plan provided by EOM department
Ensure micro planning of all materials and consumables required for smooth production operation
Ensure micro planning of man power in his section in accordance with production plan outlined by IPPC
Work as team lead in Assembly section for the successful in-house assembly of project equipment manufactured by Qadri Engineering.
Report daily machining (efficiency etc.) and defects to HOD and devise improvement strategy.
Ensure timely response and action on all QDARs raised by Quality department.
Quality Control Assist HOD in performing root cause analysis of all QDAR’s and devising and implementing a strategy for preventing future occurrences
Initiate requirement for jigs and fixtures and liaise with CAD/CAM Engineer for development and manufacturing.
Liaise with tooling engineer and HOD for the following activities on machines in his section -Tool consumption reports -Application parameters -Troubleshooting/Failure - Cost analysis and comparison -Misc. requirements
