- Plan casting production and divide into each sub section with comprehensive planning with Incharge production to take directions for further course of action parts according to the magma technology and machine limits.
- Manage production of all parts related to sugar including pattern designing, molding, casting, testing and heat treatment.
- Liaison with IPPC/CPPC to ensure the on time production and delivery.
- Design, implement and update quality protocols for all sugar related components.
- Quality rejection.
- Analyze defects in casting and take necessary actions to minimize the problem through change in technology, process control etc.
