This position required technical knowledge of Mechanical / Heavy industry.
- Liaison with procurement officer to acquire the list of requirements or demand and float queries.
- Prepare comparative statements, generate credit and advance Purchase Orders.
- Daily follow up on placed orders with suppliers according to procurement plan. Prepare goods inspection note of incoming materials.
- Ensure to procure quality efficient items at competitive prices.
- Perform verification, entries / updation of daily purchase bills into the system.
- Arrange transport for procured items in coordination with the logistics department.
