- Liaison with Procurement Specialist to acquire list of requirement or demand and float queries to relevant suppliers
- Prepare comparative statements, Generate PO’s, assist Procurement Specialist in price negotiations and confirm timely orders after verification of final price and approval from Procurement Specialist
- Assist Procurement Specialist in the procurement of required technical items according to the purchase order and ensure in time delivery to the stores
- Prepare Goods Inspection Note for material/items for quality verification form concerned department
- Coordinate with accounts department for the bill clearance and update vendor regarding payment information
- Arrange transport for procured items in coordination with logistics department
