Ensure regular maintenance of furniture, fixtures, equipment, electrical appliances, building or office wear and tear.
Ensure complete security of all the designated areas of QEN and take action if a potentially dangerous situation arises.
Responsible for arrangements of office pool cars/vans for official visits within and outside the city.
Coordinate with company specified vendor for maintenance of employee cars within the budget guidelines.
Responsible for Housekeeping of offices by checking the cleanliness on daily basis.
Responsible for Mess managment.
Ensure that General Safety, Lighting, Temperature, Work Equipment, Electricity at work, Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs), Fire Safety are managed properly.
Responsible for the purchase of firefighting equipment and first aid material.
Responsible to deal with the government departments such as Electric department, Social Security, Labor Department, City Government, Compliance personnel or Police etc on various matters.
Developing department staff through formal and informal coaching, counseling & mentoring sessions.
