Job Description

  • Responsible to attract candidates for all job openings through various recruitment activities, short list, scheduling interviews, finalize selection and issuance of offer letter.
  • Directly responsible to conduct the new employee orientation of every new joiner as per the orientation policy of organization
  • Enter and update of employee record in system, Make sure confirmation of employees and issues office memos after required approvals
  • Employees exit administration
  • Process resigned employees clearance and make sure that process of clearance must be done within assigned time
