Looking for a person who is responsible for writing content for the websites of our real estate projects, targeting a favorable SEO ranking. Able to write articles and content on our industry and its various constituents covering the most repeatedly used keywords. To present ideas to management that can be developed into relevant stories/writing and editing content for the post, and help in the production of video/still content generated.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the content team to set up a strategic program of video content in order to increase subscriber numbers on all B&P digital channels, and instate the final execution as adhered by the management and advertiser /department, concern, or superior.
  • Develop strategic digital content for current client briefs and future client pitches
  • Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
  • Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
  • Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
  • Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
  • Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
  • Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
  • Ensure treatments meet specific briefs, be logical, coherent, objective, strategic, entertaining
  • Understand and ensure compliance.
  • Keep a close check on the overall quality of content being uploaded based on brand corporate guidelines.
  • Assist with studio day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc duties around the studio.
  • Develop, write, and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs.
  • Build and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards
  • Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs.
  • Include and optimize all content for SEO
  • Contribute to the localization of process and content to ensure consistency across regions.
  • In the absence of the Content Writer, the Content Producer will perform all the duties of this job.

Hiring Criteria: Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a media agency environment with a focus on developing a brand, campaign, and content strategy.
  • Excellent storytelling capabilities to bring ideas to life.
  • Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high-quality output in a short span of time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A portfolio of published articles.
  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
