1. Making a wide variety of coffee for the guests in both hot and cold coffee category.
2. Coffee Maker should have deep knowledge about different types of coffee and their ingredients.
3. Required to get familiar with all the kitchen appliances to serve the customer better.
4. Keep the kitchen equipments and utensils clean and hygienic.
5. Should keep record of the ingredients used in a coffee and coordinate with the shift In-charge for the backup stock.
6. Ensure the machines maintenance on daily basis along with its complete maintenance record.
7. To maintain the store cleaning.
8. Ensure that all waste produced must be handled carefully and efficiently.
9. Maintain a healthy relationship with other staff members.
10. Uniform should always be cleaned and iron properly.
11. During rush hours, should help in other areas, if required.
