- Maintain and record all transactions relating to operations/activities
- Maintain all records of transactions with outsourced function including official bills, utilities, payments and reconciliation of outstanding, if any
- Review, record and maintain Stock Position Reports, Sales and Collections and other matters related
- Processing the Monthly closing and reporting to CMO / Operations Manager whenever required
- Reconciliation of cash and bank accounts
- Verification of Daily Activity Report
- Maintain all such Memorandum Records
- Preparation of Employees Loan and Advance reconciliation, if any
- Arrange payroll and employees’ payments
- Review of payment activities, necessary approvals on physical vouchers and verifications
- Facilitating the Income tax, and other issues and discussions with CMO / Operations Manager whenever required
Qualifications
- Professional qualification such as ACCA/ CFA/ CPA
- Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
