- The order booking team will be responsible for shipping booked orders to the customers. the team will be responsible to collect the orders from the product team, verify the addresses and dispatch the order on the same day.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstration
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
- Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
- Supporting the other marketing colleagues
- Other tasks and duties may be assigned
