The Head of International Sales is responsible for driving global sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing international business operations. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring revenue targets are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international markets, regulatory compliance, and distribution channels within the FMCG or pharmaceutical sector.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement international sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive expansion in new regions by identifying and onboarding potential distributors, retailers, and business partners.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts with key international clients, wholesalers, and distribution partners.
  • Identify new markets and growth opportunities while optimizing existing sales channels.
  • Ensure seamless execution of sales agreements, including logistics, compliance, and after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, regulatory authorities, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, product registration, and local laws in various markets.
  • Work closely with legal and regulatory teams to navigate country-specific requirements and certifications.
  • Monitor import/export policies, tariffs, and currency fluctuations impacting sales operations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Optimize pricing strategies and cost structures to maintain profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Analyze global market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine business plans.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.
