Purpose of the Position:
The Data Entry Assistants based in Layyah district of Punjab is expected to ensure the complete data entry related to the project efforts. The position is required to ensure that all the data entry is according to the policy and procedures are as laid down in the Qatar Charity’s policy manual. The efforts will be made to achieve the desired project objectives.
Major Tasks:
1. Entering the details of the whole project activities in the emergency Project Implementation Plan (PIP).
2. Document the information received about the Rapid Need Assessment conducted by the field team. Also, to prepare results of the activity for the line management.
3. Enlisting the required details of beneficiaries according to the agreed criteria.
4. Documenting the list of beneficiaries who have received the project support.
5. Documenting of all the incoming field reports of the Hygiene Promoters and Field Engineer. Making it presentable for informed decisions, actions and or weekly and monthly reports.
6. Documenting all the lesson learnt during the project execution.
7. Support the Admin, Finance and Logistics Officer in all the clerical works.
8. Conduct all the documentation procedures in line with the Qatar Charity’s approved policies.
9. To ensure the self-safety and security by observing the security protocols of the country office and the donor.
