Purpose of the Position

The Program Coordinator position is based in Islamabad and would be expected to provide support to program head and field teams in scheduling, managing, reporting and document control regarding different program activities. She/he will require to work in close collaboration with program head and field office teams on program implementation, team management, program reporting, data consolidation & archiving, coordination with different type of internal & external stakeholders, different type of follow-ups on programmatic aspects relating to program activities in field.

Major responsibilities

1)    To assist the management in preparation program documents in English and Arabic on need basis.

2)    To provide support to program team in English and Arabic and interpretation of incoming & outgoing documents / communication received from HQ on need basis.

3)    To consolidate different type of progress reports from field offices for further consideration of management.

4)    To obtain & consolidate work plans of all field offices and alert the management in case of any deviation.

5)    To assist program head in developing proposals by compiling raw data & reports from all field offices, required for proposal development.

6)    Maintaining hard record / files of program section in country office

7)    To compiles the data & information from field offices e.g case studies, newsletters material & project briefs etc.

8)    Documentation of program-related meetings in shape of minutes of meeting etc.

9)    To help and support program team in event management e.g. staff meetings, annual planning & review meetings, meeting with other civil society organizations.

10)    Organize and conduction of meetings and workshops with project stakeholders and internal project staffs.
