Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities:
Graphic designer’s job includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. Graphic Designer will be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more. Graphic Designer Job Duties:· Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements· Plans concept by studying information and materials· Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts· Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval· Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art· Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandGraphic Designer Skills and Qualifications:· A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics with experience of 3-4 years.· Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)· A keen eye for aesthetics and details· Excellent communication skills· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines· Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.Job Details
