The person is required to manage branch level collection and recovery related operations of the company by leading a team of Credit Recovery Executives. The candidate is responsible to develop and effectively implement collection and recovery strategies within its department to ensure company recovery objectives are met and improved.

  • Manage strong control over a team of Credit Recovery Executives of the branch to ensure on-time payment collections and drive their performance against our recovery objectives for the region.
  • Develop strategies to maintain effective contact with debtors during their credit period.
  • Ensure customer follow-ups by maintaining daily and weekly visit plan for the Branch Recovery Executives.
  • Ensure timely collection from debtors and motivating others in the branch to meet team targets
  • Liaise with Sales Department to identify areas of improvement by giving feedback of the customers from the recovery period.
  • Screen all verified cases to ensure minimum risk exposure for the company.
  • Manage client verification documentation and ensure all standards and procedures of verifications are met.
  • Screening and cross checking of all information provided by customers and sales executives. 
  • Help improve reliability of customer verification processes. 
  • Make visits (if necessary) to Customers/Guarantors premises to ensure correctness of given information.
  • Lead collections from non-performing debtors by negotiating or re-scheduling terms of credit.
  • Lead pursuance of asset repossession and ensure effective follow up to manage credit rescheduling or liquidation of the repossessed asset.
  • Pursue legal initiatives and lead settlements with all default and non-performing clients to maximize company revenues by collaborating with Police Officials and Company Lawyer for the region.
  • Maintain transparency in all aspects of doing business.
