We are a growing chain of restaurants looking for an HR & Timekeeping Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. Responsibilities include processing employee data, attendance data & updating company payrolls, and assisting with the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. Ultimately, you will make sure all HR attendance and payroll run smoothly.
Responsibilities:-
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, salaries, advances & leaves data
- Updating internal database with new hire information and keeping employee records updated
- Updating and ensuring attendances via biometric machines and cross checking with physical records
- Assisting with new hires by posting jobs on portals, vetting applications and coordinating interviews.
