· Handling calls professionally to provide information & advice to customers regarding the products/services of the organization.
· Communicating courteously with customers on calls, online chats, emails and social networks.
· Inbound/Outbound calls with customers for new orders, complaints, queries, request, feedbacks etc.
· Ensure that all the requests, queries and complaint of customers are responded in a timely and professional manner.
· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
· Provide feedback of the customers to the management for improving the services.
