We are looking for a very talented Wordpress Full stack lead developer to join our agency qpsoftware.net in Shanghai to work on cool and innovative products. QPSOFTWARE is a Shanghai-based agency delivering digital applications (Websites, E-commerce platforms, E-learning, Mobile Applications) for Start-ups and large Corporates in China and abroad. You will work mainly on advanced E-learning projects based on Wordpress for the industries of education.We are looking for someone to join us in China on the long term.
Responsibilities- Wordpress custom plugin development
- Wordpress contributed plugin customization
- Wordpress theme development
- Follow planning and communicate with project manager on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with Guidance’s team of in-house developers
- Work closely with Project manager and tech leader
- Desire to learn new techniques as technology changes
- Skills Required: Experience working with Learndash
- Experience working with Buddypress or wordpress social network plugins
- Experience with LMS development
- Good estimation skills
- Knowledge in JavaScript frameworks (react.js/vue.js or angular.js)
- Experience creating Rest webservices
- Preferably 5+ years' experience developing websites and application/software with PHP CMS/framework
- Experience consuming open and/or private APIs
- Excellent English communication level, verbal and written technical documentation skills
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and self-organized
- Willingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts Desired Skills
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Experience using best practice version control methodologies and tools such as Git or SVN
- Develop with other PHP framework/CMS : Drupal/Laravel/Symfony/Magento/Prestashop solutions
- Apache server configuration and installation Apache
- Experience in mobile APP development
- Knowledge of Chinese API: Alipay/Baidu/Wechat
- Mini Program development
