In order to meet that mission, we are currently hiring Business Developers to help us close new business not only here in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Asia. This position will have a focus on the US market to begin with.
- Those without experience driving new business, opening new territories and working independently, this role will not be for you.
- This position will grow into a country head or Director of Sales position for the right fit, so please be able to think strategically.

- The ideal candidate will be a strong qualifier with experience selling IT consulting, development, marketing, services and staffing.
- Candidate backgrounds should include successfully closing complex, service sales in a competitive market.
- You must employ a disciplined sales process, the ability to qualify Csuite/Director-level prospects and persistence in navigating a 30 to 60 day sales cycle.
- We value strong qualifying skills, excellent follow-up ability and a networking approach to prospecting.
- You should have a drive to succeed, clear communication style and a successful sales history.
- Be able to meet monthly sales targets and quotas to consistently build business. These will be closing at least $10,000 worth of business each month.

- This position includes a base salary along with an uncapped commission plan and a comprehensive benefits package.
- This position will initially be Work From Home and transition into an office as we grow our team in Pakistan.
Depending on Experience: 60,000/- to 100,000/- PKR per month plus uncapped commissions. Our top earners currently earn more then 500,000/- PKR per month.
