Job Description

As a Office Assistant and Secretary.

  • Work effectively as a team member assisting when and where needed. Become knowledgeable about and follow company procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 


  • Preference to those with a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to travel by air and ground. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Motor vehicle records will be checked.
  • Available to work evenings and/or weekends to support facility schedules. May include working with short-notice and on-call responsibilities.
  • Must be able to:
    • Communicate effectively in a variety of settings.
    • Confident under pressure, able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
    • Show personal commitment to continuously improve.
    • Display a can do attitude in good and bad time.
  • Must be able to complete work responsibilities with little supervision. Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment.
  • Strong computer skills: Internet navigation, word processing, spreadsheets, and Daktronics internal programs.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
