Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test frameworks to ensure the flawless performance of APIs and mobile applications.
- Provide detailed qualitative and quantitative feedback to Engineering, Creative, and other teams throughout feature development cycles.
- Recommend and implement new processes and policies to help developers and QA teams consistently deliver high-quality products.
- Proactively engage with new tasks and challenges, contributing innovative ideas and solutions to improve project outcomes.
- Manage client relationships effectively by understanding their needs, offering clear solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in mobile and web application development and solid programming fundamentals.
- Proficiency in manual testing and a passion for supporting clients in successfully launching and growing their technology products.
- Proven expertise in quality assurance across mobile, web, and backend services.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, with confidence in engaging directly with Australian clients.
- Ability to connect meaningfully with clients and translate their requirements into actionable solutions.
- Access to both iOS and Android devices for testing purposes.
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
- Self-motivated, responsible, open to feedback, and proactive in work and innovation.
