- The Electrician must successfully perform the following tasks, duties, and responsibilities:
- To supervise all works related to Electrical
- To supervise all electrical staff and perform work as per assign task of the Maintenance manager
- Perform other tasks if will give by the maintenance Manager
- To ensure Electric Supply to clients of the Mall, Common area, and office block.
- To ensure maintenance and operations of electric equipment.
- Must have sound knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electric supply.
- Good how to know of Electric Circuit Breaker maintenance and working.
- To ensure proper Dressing, Service, and Maintenance of Electrical DB.
- Basic knowledge of Motors, Inverters, and their connections and rating.
- Good knowledge of wire sizes and their capacity of carrying current.
- Know how to handle short circuit situations.
- Having experience with LED lights shades and their parameters.
- Knowledge of HVAC compressors and their control.
- Experience in handling and maintenance of Auto Door and Vertical Lifter.
- Keen knowledge of solar ventilation fans and maintenance.
