4. Skills required to top up prepaid meters, balance checking of clients, and top up of clients meters with confirmation of finance department
5. Make Daily analysis report
6. Interact with clients via email and on call
6. Communication skills/Customer handling
7. Manage prepaid meter set up individually
8. Maintaining the daily unit balance sheet of the prepaid meters
9. Inform clients about their low balance
10. Check alarm report of prepaid meter
11. Inform the client by email after top-up of the units of prepaid meter
12. Co-ordination with the finance department
