Lead the quality control agenda through development of comprehensive system to assess product quality at different stages of control and manage the whole program effectively to drive improvement of on shelf product quality
Manage comprehensive sampling of products across the country, evaluate the quality of product and pack through detailed in house analysis, statistically analyze the information and share the inferences with action plan
Coordinate with Sales, Plant and R&D teams to work on action plan identified during product sampling and control visits to eliminate product quality challenges in control and share improvement trends with stakeholders
Rollout Quality control Development Program for Pakistan and develop training modules and literature to increase awareness of Quality control Program, conduct training sessions of sales team, distributors and their staff
Develop model distribution centers by implementation of PepsiCo Quality and Food Safety standards and tracking of overall performance of model distributions through monitoring of KPIs affecting product quality
Coordinate with R&D and plant team for Frito-Lay Challenge activity and lead the execution of action plan to achieve the best compliance scores through focused drive throughout the business chain – from potato quality to consumer rack
Track consumer complaints related to Quality and Food Safety, ensure timely input and effective closure of all complaints and feedback to customer/ consumer. Conduct periodic audits on the actions on complaints and share the complaint status with management on regular basis
Conduct regular periodic audits of Finished Good Warehouse at plant as well as third party storage facilities and ensure execution of action plans against the audits by effective co-ordination with Outbound Supply Chain team.
Develop customized guidelines for Outbound Logistics as per PepsiCo standards and ensure compliance to the standards through training, workshops and audits along with logistic companies
