Quality Resource a multinational Digital Marketing company is looking for HR Executive/ Generalist (Night Shift),  who can perform the following tasks:

  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their annual pay scale accordingly.
  • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
  • Managing A to Z recruitments during Night Shift conducting reference checks and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
  • Creating orientation plans, exit interviews and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records on monthly basis.
  • Managing employee safety, welfare, and wellness education. Assist with internal and external HR related matters. Recommending HR strategies to motivate employees.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes.
  • Preparing account opening sheets etc.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in HR.
  • Additional HR training or experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Background from Call Center Industry will be a plus point
  • Gender Specification: Male
  • Job Timings: 6 Pm - 2 Am (Night Shift).
