Quality Resource Private Limited a multinational Digital Marketing company is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Network Administrator who can work independently in a dynamic and complex environment Set up, test, administer and troubleshoot LAN and WAN.
The ideal candidate is a creative individual who thinks out of the box and would like to work in a diverse technology environment.
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
- Support the roll-out of new applications.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
- Work continuously on a task until completion.
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship another professional, such as software developers.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
- Can able to deal and resolve call issues like voice management.
- Monitor IT Hardware performance.
- Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, email or in person.
- Must be able to deal with more than 100 systems.
- Having call center network administration experience can be plus.
- Should have hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS DHCP, Cisco Switches and Firewalls.
