Responsibilities:
- Design, build and maintain scalable data models to power self-service business intelligence tools and promote data-driven decision making.
- Drive People Analytics roadmap projects by engaging stakeholders in gathering requirements, facilitating discussions, providing insights, executing rollout plans, and clearly articulates complex issues/risks/concepts
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analysis through Power BI, SQL, Crystal Reports, Python, and other reporting tools with close attention to data accuracy and correct formatting.
- Own data Pipelines end-to-end working with tools like Airflow, and Python.
- Analyze complex datasets and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to gather and understand data requirements
- Architect and maintain pipelines for moving data into various third-party services, furthering our personalization capabilities
- Build and maintain data tests and documentation
- Serve as resident data quality advocate
- Proactively seek out and investigate new issues and Root cause analysis
Skills And Experience Required
- Eagerness to build a best-in-class data practice
- 2+ years of experience Data modeling, visualizing and interpreting data.
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL/KQL/Pandas/LogQL
- Proficiency in Statical Analysis / Statical Thinking
- Proficiency in a scripting language, Python preferred
- Familiar with modern data technologies/stack such as Airflow, Azure, Redshift, Docker, Git, etc.
- Skilled at working in an autonomous environment where you’ll work independently to execute on various KPI’s
