We are currently seeking a tech-savvy Customer Service Associate to join our team! The customer service associate communicates with customers via email, chat and telephone.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Answering phone calls with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor

·  Interacting with customers via phone, email and online chat.

·  Trouble-shooting phone/tablet parts problems

·  Provide recommendations for problem resolution

·  Assisting customers with ordering & locating compatible phone/tablet parts

·  Informing customers about product availability, compatibility, and pricing

·  Using our CRM program to view orders, customers, payments, and shipping details

·  Processing transactions and payments 

·  Prospecting business customers

 

REQUIREMENTS:

·  Previous call center experience

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·  Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Previous call center experience

·  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

·  Strong listening skills

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·  Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills

·  Exceptional organizational skills

·  Be able to work well in team environment

·  Experience with cash handing

·  Strong mathematical skills

·  Exceptional keyboard typing skills

·  Possesses patience and positive attitude
