- Must be able and willing to work during USA Business times i.e., 9am-6pm (Pakistan Standard Time).
- Follow United States holiday schedule, with the addition of 1 day each for Eid-al-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha.
- Gather sales data, write account business status and generate sales reports
- Assign tasks and create schedules for sales staff
- Maintain customer business relationship
- Analyze and conclude current relationship status with customers by view current and past communication
- Communicate effectively with teams located in the United States and in Pakistan office via email, telephone and video conference.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Previous experience in sales coordination or management
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, establishing goals and delivering against the objectives of assignments to meet time, budget and quality criteria.
