Our cafe is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to create and execute our social media strategy across various platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and increasing brand awareness through online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement across all our branches.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and report on the success of social media campaigns, and use data to continuously improve strategy.
- Collaborate with the cafe team to create promotions and events that can be promoted on social media platforms.
- Visit both branches once or twice a week for content generation for social media.
- Visit both/either branches in case of any event happening.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a social media manager or similar role.
- Graphic designing skills to create engaging content.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising policies, especially for Facebook and Instagram.
- Should able to Visit both branches once or twice a week for content gathering.
- On events held in either branch, presence is mandatory to cover the event and gather content for Social media.
- Should have a good Camera/Cell phone camera.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
