About the Position of Manager ERP Implementation
Ci3 Inc. is seeking “Manager ERP Implementation” to help grow a world class ERP Product in Pakistan. As the Manager ERP Implementation, you will be responsible for leading our growing team of engineers and developers in all aspects of the design and delivery of our software platform.
We are looking for a great leader who has experience of managing complex ERP Implementations, Integrations of ERP with Manufacturing Machines & Oracle ERP’s.
An Individual who enjoys the challenge of scaling teams that deliver cutting edge products and services to our growing list of digital products. This position reports directly to the Product Director and is a senior member of our Leadership Team.
Job Responsibilities·
- Provide overall leadership to the Product Managers, Business Analysts, Team Leads and software engineering team·
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop the engineering team members in order to meet current and future talent requirements·
- Collaborate with product management to develop and maintain technology and product roadmaps
- Ensure software development and system integration activities are completed in accordance with project plans·
- Engage with prospects to understanding the business challenges and propose solution-architecture
- Lead customer facing presentations, solution envisioning, and proof of concepts (POCs)·
- Hands-on expertise to manage and lead demonstration of cloud-based products·
- Knowledge of AWS & Azure cloud: Azure, Data Lakes, IOT, Analytics, Cognitive and AI / ML or similar·
- Engage with engineering team, professional services, functional teams, and shared services (marketing, HR, finance) on ERP development·
- Develop IT policies and procedures for ensuring privacy, compliance, availability and consistency in standards·
- Quick learner, ability to multi-task, and work with global distributed teams·
- In-Depth understanding of SAP, Cloud Based ERP’s and CRM’s.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Masters/PHD in Software, IT or related field from a renowned/international university
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, software, or a related industry in a leadership position
- Open to travel internationally and domestically
