- Collects, coordinates, verifies, authors and compiles databases, reports, and data streams to meet client needs and expectations and offers analyses and interpretations to report on results to clients and the external market on data figures and outcome implications.
- Combines IQVIA Data with client or third party data as required (non-syndicated reports)
- Receives and standardizes any third party or client data (e.g. call files) that will be used to generate client reports.
- Runs jobs to create syndicated or custom reports files, validating that jobs have run correctly.
- Validates the reports for data accuracy. Identifies and resolves any anomalies.
- Creates the report in the media specified by the client (e.g. CD, file, etc.), ensuring quality of the media.
- Supports an off-shore production hub and may advise on the scheduling of day to day activities to ensure high quality, accurate and timely deliverables which meet requirements
- Sales Analyzer orientation and training to existing/ new Clients
- Preparation of Adhoc reports/analysis for all FFO Projects, Eye opener Reports/Analysis for new and existing clients for Sales Team’s Presentation
- Run Adhoc reports and send it to Clients if required on monthly basis.
- Handling Client queries and challenges in Sales Analyser. Close Coordination with Production and IT Team for SA data
- Align & Monitor correct alignment structures of territories and products in ECFW and generate Pramater file for production as requested by Clients and deliver data on new/updated clients structures.
