We are looking for a passionate individuals (experienced) to fill our Digital Marketing Manager/Specialist and join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create digital media campaigns that support our business's aims.
- Building a roadmap, plan, and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/ SEM/ SMO and SMM, affiliate, email advertising campaigns.
- Coordination and assistance of the generation of different types of digital material (website, blogs, press releases and podcasts etc.).
- Develop and manage all published content (images, newsletters, video, and written) to reach the company's target customers.
- Development of SEO, Social Media, and PPC strategies, providing Consultation to our clients, and tactical execution of the plans across all marketing channels.
- Managing social media channels and identifying additional social channels to interact with the target audience.
- Manage projects and initiatives from start to finish.
- Responsible for developing a digital marketing team to drive successful client engagements.
- By enhancing our digital presence, we can increase brand recognition.
- Should have prior experience of leading and handling Digital Marketing team in the past.
- Utilize social media to maintain a strong online corporate presence.
- Communication to the team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Effectively communicate with the team to ensure brand consistency.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s).
- Make recommendations for and execute direct marketing techniques that will boost profitability. * Keep an eye on your financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization. Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Keep abreast with advancements in digital media.
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- At least 2 years of demonstrated professional experience as a digital media expert, digital marketing manager, or a related job.
- Working experience on Google Analytics, online marketing tools, SEO practices, and techniques is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of visual communication concepts. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Exceptional analytical and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with web design principles and practices.
- Expertise with media editing applications is preferred.
- Working knowledge of content management systems.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and operate under pressure.
- You should have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A background in web design or animation is preferred.
- A degree in marketing, digital media, or a related subject.
- Experienced in Digital marketing techniques of SEO, SMM, SEM, SMO, and concepts of web analytics, usability, website development management.
- Excellent written, oral and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
