  • Interpret and implement quality standards and procedures
  • Record keeping of quality data
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances
  • Ensure compliance as per food safety and quality standards
  • Calibration of equipment
  • Verification of machines cleaning and sanitization schedules
  • Implementation and verification of sanitation and cleaning program on production floor
  • CCP monitoring and verification
  • Coordinate with Quality Manager to identify quality issues
